Chief Maxime Roussarie

Originally from Périgueux, Maxime Roussarie discovered his taste for other cultures very early on when he moved to Réunion Island. This island immersion opened him up to the cultures and flavours of the world, and awakened his passion for cooking and travelling.

After several years spent exploring culinary traditions in the four corners of the globe, he returned to France with a fresh vision. In 2015, he won the Taittinger prize in Saint-Barthélemy, a distinction that confirms his talent and high standards.

Trained by some of the greatest names in French gastronomy – Michel Roth, Joël Robuchon, Pierre Hermé, Régis Marcon – Maxime honed his rigorous technique and developed a sensitive approach, inspired by art, music and theatre.

In 2019, he founded Maison Roussarie: creative, refined cuisine with a deep respect for the product. Each ingredient is carefully chosen from local producers, in a sustainable and committed approach.

Today, Maxime creates made-to-measure culinary experiences, where each dish tells a story. Much more than a caterer, he imagines moments of sharing and remembrance, for unforgettable private or professional events.

For us, catering is much more than just cooking.

Our team is made up of experienced professionals trained in the demands of event service, combining efficiency, elegance and discretion.

We will advise you on the number of waiters you need, depending on the format of your reception, to ensure that everything runs smoothly and with care.

A photo gallery of our hosts and hostesses will be sent to you, allowing you to discover their outfits and presentation.

Crockery

Because every detail counts, we offer you a selection of top-of-the-range crockery in perfect harmony with the style of your event. Thanks to our trusted partners, you have access to a wide range of elegant pieces (plates, cutlery, glassware, accessories) that can be adapted to suit your personal style.

A choice of two packages:

• Stand-alone option: you are put directly in touch with the service provider, and manage the exchanges completely independently.

• Full option: we support you at every stage: selection, ordering, delivery and installation – with an additional charge on the initial quote.

Furniture

Need furniture to create an elegant and functional ambience?
We work with a number of specialists to offer you a wide range of equipment: tables, chairs, sideboards, garden furniture…

A choice of two packages:

• Stand-alone option: you contact the service provider directly to organise your hire.

• Full option: we manage the entire process – validation of visuals, ordering, delivery, installation – with an additional charge on the initial quote.

Sommellerie

We make suggestions and offer tastings on a case-by-case basis depending on the menu choices.

To enhance your menu, we offer personalised sommelier support.
Depending on your dishes and tastes, we can offer you a tailor-made selection of wines and beverages, with the option of tasting them beforehand to ensure the perfect match.
